     AW: [snips-users] snips runnig as user snips

if have done a make install as snips, and a make root as root.

but one problem stays, the stuid progs have wrong rights.

so i have to set another group for them (snips) so snips user is
able to execute these progs.

you have to do make install under snips or you have to make all 
directories writable by snips manually
I do chown -R snips:snips * - except for a few executables that have to 
be setuid root.
