Agreed - on all fronts.  I've always had "a thing" for monitoring (well,
considering my primary work is "tools development," go figure) and I'd
like to at least have Vikas' nod of approval.  NOCOL/SNIPS has indeed
been a relatively solid base for at least small to medium sized efforts.

Anyone else?  I know Tuc's probably game... ;-)

(Now if we can just wake up Vikas... *grin*)
